سياسة الخصوصية
توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية البيانات عند استخدام تطبيق وموقع صحارى أوتو بارت. باستخدام خدماتنا، فإنك تقر بقراءة هذه السياسة.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الاتصال والحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، المحافظة، العنوان وأقرب نقطة دالة.
- بيانات الحساب التقنية: معرّف المستخدم ورمز الجلسة اللازمان لتسجيل الدخول وحماية الحساب.
- بيانات السيارة: الماركة، الموديل، السنة، حجم المحرك والملاحظات التي يضيفها المستخدم إلى الكراج.
- بيانات الطلبات: المنتجات والكميات والأسعار وعنوان التوصيل وحالة وسجل الطلب.
- بيانات الإشعارات: معرّف تثبيت التطبيق ورمز Firebase Cloud Messaging ورمز APNs لتوصيل الإشعارات.
- المحتوى الذي يرسله المستخدم إلى كابتن صحارى، مثل أسئلة السيارات وقطع الغيار، لمعالجة الطلب وإرجاع الإجابة.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- إنشاء الحساب وتسجيل الدخول والتحقق من رقم الهاتف وحماية الجلسة.
- تنفيذ الطلبات والتوصيل والتواصل بشأن حالة الطلب.
- حفظ كراج المستخدم وعرض القطع المتوافقة مع سيارته.
- إرسال إشعارات الطلبات والتنبيهات والعروض التي يختار المستخدم استلامها.
- تشغيل كابتن صحارى وتقديم الدعم وتحسين موثوقية الخدمة وأمانها.
مزودو الخدمات
قد تُعالج بعض البيانات بواسطة مزودي خدمات نستخدمهم لتشغيل وظائف التطبيق، ومنهم Firebase وApple Push Notification service لتوصيل الإشعارات، ومزود الرسائل النصية لإرسال رموز التحقق، وخدمات Google لمعالجة أسئلة كابتن صحارى. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للتتبع الإعلاني عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
الاحتفاظ والحماية
نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية وحل النزاعات. نستخدم وسائل حماية تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بصورة مطلقة.
خيارات المستخدم وحذف الحساب
يمكن للمستخدم تعديل بياناته من داخل التطبيق، والتحكم بإذن الإشعارات من إعدادات الجهاز. ويمكنه حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به من خيار «حذف حسابي نهائياً» داخل صفحة الحساب في التطبيق، أو التواصل معنا عبر القنوات الرسمية المبينة أدناه للمساعدة. قد نحتفظ بسجل معاملات منزوع الهوية عندما يفرض القانون أو الالتزام المحاسبي ذلك.
خصوصية الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات شخصية منهم. عند اكتشاف ذلك سنتخذ الإجراءات المناسبة لحذفها.

- Contact and account information: name, phone number, email address, governorate, physical address, and nearest landmark.
- Account identifiers and session tokens required for authentication and account security.
- Vehicle information: make, model, year, engine size, and garage notes.
- Purchase information: ordered products, quantities, prices, delivery details, and order status/history.
- Notification information: app installation identifiers, Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, and APNs tokens.
- Questions and other content submitted to Captain Sahara so the request can be processed and answered.
How We Use Information
- To create accounts, authenticate users, verify phone numbers, and secure sessions.
- To process and deliver orders and communicate order updates.
- To save a user's garage and show parts compatible with their vehicle.
- To provide order notifications, service alerts, and opted-in offers.
- To operate Captain Sahara, provide support, and maintain service security and reliability.
Service Providers
Some information may be processed by service providers used to operate app features, including Firebase and Apple Push Notification service for notifications, an SMS provider for verification codes, and Google services for processing Captain Sahara questions. We do not sell personal information or use it to track users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
User Choices and Account Deletion
Users may update their information in the app and manage notification permission through device settings. Users may delete their account and associated data by choosing “Delete My Account Permanently” on the in-app account screen, or contact us through the official channels below for assistance. De-identified transaction records may be retained where required for legal or accounting obligations.
Children's Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that this has occurred, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
